Surgical scars are quickly becoming a fan favorite at Scalp Micropigmentation Lousiville, because many of the old school hair transplant recipients have grown tired of the scar tissue left behind from previous surgeries, and would like to cut their hair lower. Often the follicular unit extraction (FUE), and the follicular unit transplant (FUT), have zero guarantee the scar will heal thin, small, and unnoticeable. Almost every client that comes in with any type of hair transplant scar would prefer to have SMP camouflage the area. Density treatments can cover up to 75% of any scars. Alopecia is directly attributed to genetics, or stress, and there is currently no cure to combat the random hair loss patches that appear on the scalp over time. However, Scalp Micropigmentation can be used to fill in the gaps and increase blood flow to the area to help contribute to the hair growth in that area. Alopecia can affect both men and women at any age throughout life. Density treatments will correct these patchy areas in under 2 hours depending on the placement and volume. Alopecia cannot be avoided, and placements can change at any notice. If you are interested in booking an appointment, please click the button below.
